Thank you for your purchase! Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you.
You will receive another e-mail containing the PDF(s) that you purchased shortly. I personally send out everything and nothing is automated. If it takes a few hours, it is simply because I haven’t checked my e-mail yet (probably because I am sleeping).
It has never taken me more than 24 hours to send something out. If you have not received your order within 24 hours, it is likely due to a problem on your end. The most common issues are:
1) The files were in a spam folder
2) The email address attached to the Paypal account is not your current e-mail address
If you would like the PDF to be sent to a different e-mail address, or have any questions, please send me a message at howtostudykorean@gmail.com .
